The small print, in plain English

What you sign up to when you join the Misfit Arena or the Academy.

Misfit Membership

Misfit Membership is £39 a month, paid by card, and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
Membership has a 3-month minimum term, starting on the day you first pay.
Member benefits, including member pricing, start as soon as your first payment goes through and stop when your membership ends.
If a payment fails, we will retry your card. Please update your card on the Billing page to keep your access.

You join the Academy by sending your application and paying for a plan.
The monthly plan is £555 a month and renews automatically every month. It has a 3-month minimum term, starting on the day you first pay.
The yearly plan is £5,550 a year (2 months free). It renews automatically every year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
Academy members get one 1:1 with Emma each calendar month (UK time). Unused 1:1s do not roll over.
Academy members get one General Admission ticket to Misfit Nation, which they must claim on the Misfit Nation page.

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Before you confirm, we show you the earliest date your plan can end.
If you cancel a monthly Membership or monthly Academy plan within the first 3 months, your plan stays active and keeps billing until the 3 months are up. It then ends and will not renew.
After the first 3 months, cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not give refunds for part-months or part-years.

Event tickets are non-refundable.
If you can't make a recurring event, you can move your place to another date from My Arena.
If we cancel or postpone an event, we will contact you about a refund or a new date.

By listing an offer in the Misfit Marketplace, you agree to these terms, which act as a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement (NCNDA) between you and The Misfit Arena.
Non-circumvention: you will not take bookings or payments for your Marketplace offers outside the Arena, send buyers elsewhere to pay, or make side deals with anyone you met or were introduced to through the Arena in order to avoid the Arena's 10% fee. This applies while you are listed and for 12 months after your last listing or booking.
Non-disclosure: buyer and attendee details you receive through a booking are confidential. You may only use them to deliver that booking. You must not share them, sell them, or add them to mailing lists without the person's clear permission.
You are fully responsible for your offer and its details, venue, attendees, delivery, cancellations, refunds and insurance. The Misfit Arena is the platform only.
If you break these terms, we may remove your offers straight away, end your Marketplace access and your membership without refund, and recover any Arena fees you avoided.
